Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom retreat.
This peaceful getaway is full of charm and comfort, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or
small families looking to relax near the river.
Inside the Home
You’ll enjoy a comfortable bedroom, a bright and welcoming living area, a well-equipped
kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
A Note About the Space
This unit shares a wall and a locked connecting door with the larger unit next door. You may occasionally hear sounds from the adjoining home, so we appreciate mindfulness during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
The home also uses a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only, and avoid flushing anything else, including items labeled flushable. Because we are on well water, you may occasionally notice an unusual odor or discoloration in the toilet.
Built in the 1950s, the home has plenty of character. We simply ask that you treat it with the same care you would your own.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the one-bedroom apartment, the front porch area, and one designated parking space.
We provide toiletries and kitchen basics such as coffee, creamer, and sugar. If you need a restock, just reach out. We also recommend bringing your own drinking water.
We have a heater and air conditioner that is in the next door unit. We provide space heaters for guests also upon request.
River Access and Safety
The riverfront area is beautiful and perfect for enjoying the view. Please supervise
children at all times, as the current can move quickly. For safety reasons, please stay off
all docks and boats unless discussed and approved beforehand.
Noise and Respect
To help maintain the peaceful atmosphere and respect our neighbors, quiet hours begin
at 10 PM.
Parking
You will have one dedicated parking space. Overflow parking is available at Chevy’s on
the River. Due to ongoing construction in the area, detours may be present, but your
GPS should guide you correctly.
Cleaning
Guests are responsible for basic cleanup before departing.
Checkout Requests
Before checking out, we kindly ask that you:
1. Wash any dishes and leave them to dry
2. Gather used towels and leave them in the bathroom
3. Report any spills, damages, or issues as soon as possible
Extra charges may apply if the home is left excessively messy or if there are damages,
broken items, or missing belongings.

Lost and Found
If you leave something behind, shipping is at the traveler’s expense with a minimum fee
of $25. While we cannot guarantee recovery of lost items, we’ll always do our best to
locate them and return them promptly.
