"FantaSea", our luxury beach home is perfect for family reunions, a large family, or several families vacationing together.
This home has 5 bedrooms, including 4 master suites with king beds and private baths. One of the master suites can be used as an Au Pair/ Family Suite, equipped with a crib, an oversized chair that converts to twin a bed and a morning kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. There is also a bunkroom that sleeps 8, containing 4 full bunk beds, and 4 twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have flat panel TVs.
The 1st floor has a wet bar with ice maker and beverage cooler (convenient to the private pool), a media/recroom, the bunkroom, bathroom and 1 private master suite.
The 2nd floor has a private master suite, office, laundry room, powder room, an open living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 porches, one is screened, with amazing Lake and Gulf views.
The 3rd floor has 2 master suites (one of which could be used as a family suite), Workout Room, and a Gulfview porch great for quiet naps.
Our home provides privacy rarely found this close to the beach and all the other wonderful amenities Watersound has to offer.
