The BIG recreation room upstairs has a pool table, a drink cooler, 70" tv and a set of sofa. 3 bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs, bedroom #1 has 2 queen-sized beds, a baby crib, tv & walk-in closet with drawers, the bedroom #2 has a full-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, dresser, tv & walk-in closet, bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, dresser, tv and walk-in closet, there are also bikes, pool toys, pool fences, stroller, high chair, baby walker, baby bath tub and baby play pen. There are also patio table and 6 chairs, another picnic table with additional seating for 8, 9 lounge chairs and BBQ grill in the heated swimming pool and big 100 foot long screened lanai area.
