Summary: Our stay at The Restoration was great from start to finish. Rick at valet was incredibly kind and helpful, even taking our bags to the room and sharing excellent restaurant recommendations. Valet is highly recommended since the hotel is close to so many shops and restaurants and very walkable. Leighla at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and comfortable, though next time we’ll request a higher floor due to some noise from the bar/lounge. Checkout was quick and easy with Derek. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville.
