Sunset Captiva 38 is a beautifully updated stilted home in the Sunset Captiva community on beautiful Captiva Island, Florida. Our three bedroom home features a large living area with flat panel TV and plenty of seating as well as a dining area and full kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom and there is an additional loft area with two twin beds. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and trundle. There's a full guest bathroom as well. Our home is unique in that it does feature an elevator, but that is only available for an additional fee and with owner approval (please ask our team member for more details). The Sunset Captiva community is one of the best on the Island with a huge heated pool, tennis court, bbq grills, beach access and even a dock across Captiva Drive.
