This home is a 3 bed/ 1.5 bath historic home located 1/2 block from the beach- sleeps up to 7. You can enjoy a full day in the sand and walk very conveniently to your home or to a few of Galvestons restaurants! This home features a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully FUNctional kitchen. We also tried to think ahead and had the washer and dryer placed in the bathroom under the vanity so you can easily and quickly place your swimsuits and towels straight in! Enjoy!

SEAshore Bliss is a dreamy beach house located just 1/2 block from Galveston beaches (a 3 min walk). A few steps further takes you to one of the most popular tourist destinations of Galveston- Murdoch's and Pleasure Pier. This house is perfect for relaxing and exploring all Galveston has to offer! A laid-back island vibe, so many local restaurants, unique entertainment, and a rich history. This home features a luxurious bathroom with the guest in mind- the washer & dryer are built in so that you can place your swimwear and towels directly in after shower so you can quickly and easily dry towels, swimsuits or wash anything needed!
This house features three bedrooms and one full bath and .5 bathroom, it's the perfect cozy space for 7 guests. This historic home has a living room and separate dining area with table to seat 6. There are 2 barstools located under the kitchen island for additional seating. It boasts a fully outfitted kitchen with a blender, coffee maker and Calphalon dishes. The house has been remodeled and upgraded, but the old-world charm and character can still be seen in the details.
Sleeping accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 1.5 full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the amazing views and a private couch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The The third bedroom features a twin bunk (weigh limit of 100lbs) over a full size bunk bed (weight limit 300lbs) and a 32 in TV & lots kids games!
TVs in the house are all Smart HDTVs, streaming Netflix, Amazon, You Tube TV available for use with your personal logins! The living area also a large coffee table perfect for family games. The master bathroom boasts a large bathroom an oversized walk in shower/tub combo a grand mirror and washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom also has a private half bath.
Can conveniently access the beaches, Pleasure Pier, The Strand, cruise terminals, Moody Gardens, Shlitterbahn, the San Luis Convention Center, and more.
A few things to note:
The top bunk has a weight limit max of 100lbs, bottom bunk has a weight limit max of 200lbs. In the very front of yard there is a plant called a sego palm while they are very pretty and tropical, they are also poisonous to dogs. Please ensure your dog does not eat this plant.
Parking passes- we have two parking passes that you will get at check in. They are bights yellow and they are authorized by the city for parking within 2 blocks of the home. If this permit is lost or not returned at your check out. If these are lost or not returned it will be a $500 per tag, as this is what it will cost to replace each of them.
There is a home behind this property that is also a short-term rental. They have a private gate and parking located in the rear of the unit but could walk to the back property in between the two homes.
This home was built in the 1900's and has the original floors. These are an antique and sometimes the might wiggle, but that is part of the amazing charm and history!
There is an outside shower in the left back yard where you can shower away an extra sand!
We have a ring camera at the front door. This is the ONLY camera on this property. This is to ensure the safety of our guest and if an issue would ever arise.

This house is located on a shared lot- there is an apartment located directly behind the front house. They have an entry to the left of the home and at times might have to use the backyard to enter to and from their property.
