The space

A huge bar top/counter with seating for 6 & an additional dining room table with chairs for 10, everyone can have a seat- perfect for bringing people together. The living area features a large wraparound couch facing a 75in smart TV with apps available with individual guest sign in. On demand dual water heaters, you'll never run out of hot water- so enjoy a long, relaxing soak in the large tub of the master bath. Outdoor amenities include: corn hole, swing set, outdoor seating, patio with fans & water misters & bbq grill. Sitting on just under 2 acres of land, privacy & a country setting makes for an incredibly peaceful getaway. This home is perfectly situated to enjoy the beautiful Texas sunsets & star gazing well into the night. The bedroom just off of the living area is perfect for children featuring full size bunk beds & a whimsical theme. There's so much to love, come see it for yourself!
