This 1,500 square foot, 1950s block home has been fully renovated in great detail with no expense spared. The current owner combined the two bedrooms into a spacious and luxurious master suite. The master suite includes French doors that open to the back deck, on suite bath featuring dual sinks, a Chromotherapy air jetted bathtub, Kohler Numi toilet, a walk-in shower with Hansgrohe head and body sprays, a large walk-in closet and home office. You'll have plenty of space for casual entertaining in the front living and dining rooms and off the back family room. An attached new two-car garage was added that includes a second full bathroom with access to the side yard. Composite and IPE wood decking, metal and vinyl fencing and a gorgeous butterfly garden complete the outside. The kitchen includes burlwood trim cabinets, granite countertops and floors, a double oven and gas cooking. Additional features include newly refinished oak hardwood floors, Pella windows, French doors, Sonos sound system, electric fireplace, and a tankless water heater.
