1. No lifeguard on duty: Please exercise caution when using the lake and hot tub. Guests assume all responsibility and risk associated with water activities.

Hot tub usage: Enjoy the hot tub, but please follow these guidelines: a) No glass or food inside the hot tub; b) Rinse off any oils or lotions before entering; c) Keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use; d) Limit the number of occupants to the specified capacity. ---$250 per stay (fee collected separately)
3. Quiet hours: Respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level throughout the day.

6. Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. --- Fee is $250 per stay (up to two pets)
7. Damages and breakages: Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.
8. Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout your stay. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the house in a similar condition as when you arrived.
9. Garbage disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated bins or bags provided. If the bins are full, please tie the bags securely and place them in the designated area outside.
10. Parking: Please Park only in designated areas and be mindful of other vehicles and neighbors' access. NO STREET PARKING.
