The condo underwent some upgrades in the spring of 2020. There is newer carpeting throughout, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures among other items. ALL 3 BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN COMPLETELY REMODELED SINCE SPRING 2023.
Ground floor provides easy access in and out without need for elevator. Access from garage requires one flight of stairs or quick elevator ride. 1 dedicated parking spot included with 7'6" clearance.

The lodge has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, BBQ grill, community hot tub (in addition to the condo’s private hot tub) and exercise room. The lodge also provides underground heated parking and is located on the Park City bus route.
