Welcome to the Coral Door House! Tranquil retreat at the beach! New home with heated pool completed November of 2021. We custom built this home to be a vacation rental, not modified an existing house. Enjoy your vacation in this spacious and modern luxury home!
The house is 1,618 square foot, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Downstairs there is an open concept large living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is a bonus loft with a deep couch full of pillows and a TV. A perfect place to read a book or watch a movie. With two master suites, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, a bunk room and a dedicated workspace the house is made to accommodate two families, or up to 10 adults. The house has four TVs, plenty of games, beach gear, pool floats, luxury beds and bedding.
A private entrance to a very special and secluded beach is just 6 houses down to the east. An easy short walk with a provided beach cart that has everything you need for a day at the beach. If you head west a couple blocks you can watch beautiful sunsets from the public intracoastal access.
Outdoor living space has a 10 X 20 foot heated pool , six person spa, with plenty of seating, a pool bar with a tv and fridge, a dining table, Weber grill and outdoor shower. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy the dreamy cafe lights for a magical evening.
Owner operated and built. We live just down the street, and are available for local recommendations and will do everything we can to make your stay in St. Augustine enjoyable!
