Summary: Microwave oven did not work (replaced next day). No maid service on second day - made own bed ! Charge for breakfast unexpected and unwelcome surprise. Hotel needs extensive renovation and appears currently to be run as a "cash cow". No shuttle from & to SEATAC and many other services "not available". I doubt if I shall use this hotel again.
