Our home, Sandy Cheeks, accommodates large families with a room on the ground floor for grandparents or even families traveling together. With 4 King suites and a large bunkroom for kids, the amenities don’t end there. The icing on the cake is the deck on the roof offering amazing views of Santa Rosa’s natural beauty. In addition, the rooftop faces the beach. Excuse our bias, but we think it’s the best place to watch a sunset!
This brand-new construction 5 bedroom, 5 bath beach home is just 5 minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and right around the corner from the community pool! We have beach/pool toys and coolers so take those off your packing list!

This home is in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A, and just minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, close to golf in Destin and the beautiful Topsail State Park.
Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable, and welcoming for a family to enjoy, this open concept floor plan is the perfect place to entertain a large group including board games and a beach library for parents and kids! The family room has 2 large couches and two additional comfortable swivel chairs so that there is enough seating to easily accommodate everyone in your group. The kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops with all new stainless appliances and beverage frig for easy access. The dining table and Island have seating for 12. Off the kitchen is a Grandparent Suite, complete with a King bed and a bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The second floor there is a huge Master bedroom room with a desk and enough room for a pack & play and includes a deck overlooking the nature area. The second floor has another King bedroom suite with Private Balcony. The third floor is a King Suite with Balcony and our bunk room with 2 sets of twins over queen bunks, and a large mounted 65 in flat screen tv with plenty of space for gaming and a bar for late night snacks. Also on the first level of the home is an outdoor shower with stairs that lead to a utility room with a full washer and dryer and ice machine to fill the cooler.
The exterior of the home includes a covered front porch with 2 comfortable chairs for your morning coffee, or evening night cap. Outside the home is a grill, making it the perfect spot to prepare dinner while enjoying your guests on the porch.
Finish your night watching sunset from the rooftop deck where you can see a bit of the ocean! An amazing way to end a perfect day on 30A!
