This spacious 125 m² dwelling offers a welcoming atmosphere with open views of the mountain, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the Costa del Sol climate. The house features 3 bedrooms, two with 1.35cm beds and one with a 1.50cm bed, providing comfortable rest for all guests.
The interior is designed to be enjoyed at any time of year, with air conditioning throughout the accommodation, wifi, Smart TV, mosquito nets throughout the house and heat pump heating. The induction American kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, offering everything necessary for short or long stays.
