Cozy, elegant, quiet apartment in the heart of Venice, FL, 400 ft from its own private beach access and 2 minutes drive to historical center. Located in a quaint 70s condo, this one bedroom apartment (691 sq. ft.) is ready to welcome you with its effortless charm. Decor has been completely renovated in 2023 and designed to meet the tropical atmosphere of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and taking long beach walks all the way to Caspersen Beach.
Located far from traffic in a cul-de-sac this location is extremely quiet day and night. The apartment is on the first and top floor. Our small condo has no elevator and the first floor is 14 steps from ground. The apartment has a total of 6 windows facing east, south, and west. From the bedroom, you can spot the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Assigned parking is available along with guest parking. Laundry room equipped with top shape washer and dryer located in external room and shared with other 5 units. A storage unit is also located in the laundry room.
A few restrictions:
