Summary: We have stayed at this property before and found it fine. However, our last stay was not. They were nice enough to get us in a little earlier, but it went downhill from there. We extended our stay to 3 nights, and on the second night, someone at the front desk called and chastised my 54 year old husband like a child, about all the noise he was making (I was not in the room at the time). The person did not investigate whether they had the right room, just launched into a lecture about being respectful to those around you. He was in bed watching television, half asleep, and didn’t know what to say, other than “what?”. This is just really poor customer service. I’ve worked in high end hotels, and while I don’t consider this one to be that, I certainly expect staff to be well versed in proper customer service protocols and how to at the very least, establish if you have the right guest before accusing them of bad behavior. One other issue, a cabinet door was broken and a staff member cam during our stay to fix it

Summary: The room was clean and appreciated the kitchen for the bigger coffee pot. It was a super early morning for us and it allowed for some coffee without leaving the room until we checked out.

Summary: What an awesome place for us!! Room, staff, amenities ALL!! We were given top notch greetings and service for everything!! We’re looking forward to returning late spring early summer next year to this facility!! Convenient location for all family visits and things we love to see and do!! Our stay was perfect!! The little kitchen was certainly convenient as well as the coffee/snack room!! This place has it all!! Thank you!!

Summary: I walked into the lobby, and three staff members were in some sort of discussion at the front desk. I have no issue with this except no one even looked up to acknowledge me and say a quick hi. I checked in, but received an email from my CC an hour later and the total charge was over $100 more than my original booking price. Inquired next morning and was told there was a $100 incidental fee that would be removed when i left, and additional state fees. This should have been communicated to me at check in. Not a good experience at all.

Summary: All staff I interacted with were excellent! We really enjoyed our stay. Coffee every morning was nice. The room was spacious and clean, and the layout was perfect. Pet area was well-lit and in a convenient location.
