The Space:
Entering the home you'll see a wide open floor plan from kitchen to living room to game room. There is a game room on your right and the oversized living room couch is inviting for cozy movie nights under provided large throw blankets. Next to the sound bar is an active color bar light that either provides mood lighting or can be switched to pulse to your music. On the shelves you'll find exciting games specifically for groups to play.
Downstairs there are two and a half baths and three bedrooms with queen beds. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and one split bathroom with three sinks and a jacuzzi. In the first upstairs bedroom you'll see twin bunk beds on your left, a sitting area in the middle, and queen bed on your right. The TV can turn to face either the queen bed or sitting area. There is a queen air mattress with pillows and bedding in the closet.
The last bedroom has a king bed and most notably a height adjustable workstation with professional speakers, a 27" monitor, 4k camera and Logitech mouse/keyboard, all connected by a high end docking station that requires only a USB-C connection to fire everything up.
Out back under the market lights you'll find a variety of seating across the entire back yard, and a large dining table for group dinners with three heat lamps hanging overhead if the nights turn cold. These also double as standard lighting without heat. The pool and hot tub occupy the rest of the space, along with our LED lit 9ft shuffleboard.

Nestled near University City, Clairemont is a seemingly sleepy residential neighborhood packed with hidden culinary gems. Turkish classics, Hawaiian comfort food, vegan shrimp—you’ll find it all here, along with expansive green spaces, wellness-focused studios, and unassuming shops catering to hobbyists and pet owners. You will be close to many popular destinations, such as the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego. You will also find plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, such as the Fashion Valley Mall, the Clairemont Town Square, and the Kearny Mesa Asian District. The neighborhood is also convenient for commuting, as it is close to the I-805, I-5, and I-8 freeways, and the San Diego International Airport.

The spa heat is complimentary. However, please note there is a $100 charge per day to heat the pool and you need to request it heated at least 72 hours prior so we can make a note to turn it on prior to your arrival.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.

Please note the pool maintenance tech comes every Tuesday to tend to the pool. They do not enter the home at all to work on it.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
