This wonderfully peaceful, 2nd floor renovated studio fronts Braddock Cove with full and unobstructed marsh and water views. Upon entering the villa, you see through the large sliding glass doors (no balcony) in the living room, straight onto Braddock Cove where you will see fish jumping, shore birds diving and dolphin playing.
A large bathroom with double sliding glass doored shower shares the foyer with two large closets for storage, holding beach chairs for your use, as well as a very comfortable twin rollaway.
This 450 sq. ft. villa boasts a spacious kitchen, stone countertops, and loads of storage. There is also a coffee bar for your vacation mornings and a full bar setup for your sunset cocktails at the beach. You might whip up a gourmet dinner or take a 2-minute stroll to the Salty Dog restaurant within the South Beach Marina complex. This complex offers shopping, dining, boating and nightly entertainment. It is also the area where you will find your swimming pool, one for adults plus a kiddie pool and playground.
The villa's living area has a flat panel tv with cable and Wi-Fi, sofa, reading nook and writing desk with chair. There is a pulldown Queen “Murphy” bed, that is convenient and comfortable. “Coquina” is fully tiled, light, bright and beachy.
The Braddock Bluff Villas complex is at the southernmost tip of the island, it is quiet and impeccably well-maintained. You will find private beach access just across the street from the villa, a perfect spot for viewing the sunset, as well as miles of unspoiled beach for walking or bike riding. Also of note, the entire area has direct access to many miles of bike and nature trails.

"Booked this last-minute trip, for a change of scenery. This darling villa checked all the boxes. The check-in process was a piece of cake. Sea Pines is as pretty as ever, and the property was super clean. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated. Everything needed to cook a great meal. The view from this unit looks right at deep water Braddock Creek, we saw tons of birds, people kayaking and fishing. It is a very peaceful place. The building itself is very quiet, too, and well maintained. This is a studio, so there is a pull-down Murphy bed, Queen size. We found it to be very comfortable. When not in use it just closes up against the wall. We rented bikes while we were there, rode all over Sea Pines and even on the beach. We also took a pickle ball lesson at the tennis center, which is just down the street, and we absolutely loved it. This villa is just across the street from the beach, and there is a private beach access, you can walk for miles. Loads of playful dolphin. This rental is a great value for all that you get. Very comfortable. Will be back."
